LAS PALABRAS NO DAN MIEDO
At the end of 2014, after finishing the song in Catalan with Eduard, we started thinking about the song in Spanish. It was not an easy task because we had to think of someone who could bring together the sensibilities of millions of people from different cultures and countries. After thinking about Serrat and other Latin American artists, we decided to go and find Jofre Bardagí. We explained the project to her and she liked it right away. It captured our need for a global message and the sensitivity and professionalism that the song required. He suggested we do a choral song. A song that brings together different voices, different perceptions, different lives, different realities, in short, a global gem. Soon, he and Clara were bringing us lyrics and music. Later, with Alex and Angel, they recorded it at La Vall studios in Santa Eulàlia de Ronçana. Después the voices began, and patiently, persistently and very professionally, Joan Manuel Serrat, Benny Ibarra, Kevin Johansen, and finally Rosario Flores have been added to the song. A luxury within the reach of only a privileged few.
